The Hilton Head Island Invitational will have professional marketing photos and videos taken by Griffin Road Media this year. These photos and videos will be used exclusively for promotional purposes on our website and social media accounts.

Stay to Play:
Gymnasts, coaches and parents must stay a minimum of one night at the host hotel(s) to be eligible to compete at this event. We are working in conjunction with the Marriott Beach and Golf Resort and are only able to receive favorable group rates through volume.

Cancellation:
A minimum of 14 days is required for cancellation of any hotel booking. Failure to give adequate notice will result a one night's charge. This competition fills the hotel and the Marriott does not want to turn anyone away when someone may not be planning to use the room(s) they booked.
